Naturally there are many options depending on what you want and how much you want to spend. The most basic is camping at the SkyRanch (A$7 p/p/night ) either in a tent (can be rented from the SkyRanch too by prior arrangement) or with a campervan. All facilities such as water, power, toilet/ hot showers and BBQ are available and included in this price ! Cabines are available for A$ 30.00/pn and sleep up to 3. Please book in advance.

There are 4 hotels and a motel to choose from in Manilla as well as some excellent award winning Home/Farm stay accomodation and a lovely 5-star Riverside Caravan Park (with onsite vans).
When it comes to eating out the area is well known for its excellent steak houses which also serve a variety of other dishes such as pasta and seafood. There are also a number of cheaper take away shops, like the greek Paul where you not only can get the most tasty tomatoes, fabulous chicken and the biggest olives ever, but as well Kangaroo

Manilla also has a Chinese Restaurant with a very large menu and resonable prices!

There are 2 supermarkets, banks, a newsagency, a chemist, a post office and a hospital in Manilla.

And with 25000 population Tamworth is a major country capital, with shopping mals and everything.
For those who want traditional fast food Tamworth has the lot - McDonalds, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Red Rooster etc.

Tamworth has a variety of high quality 4 and 5 star hotels for those that way inclined.
